My name is Beth and I am From Lancaster County. I have 20 years in the dental field. I was in the naval reserves as a dental tech for 8 years. I enjoy training and competing with my dogs!
Pamela Nigrelli – EFDA
My name is Pam and I graduated from Harcum College as a Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA). I have been in the dental field for 40 years and have been an EFDA for 26 years. I started the Dental Assisting and EFDA Programs at Berks Technical Institute where I served as a Program Director and an Instructor. I enjoy exercising, walking with friends, spin classes and Yoga/Pilates classes. I have been married for 36 years and have 2 grown daughters and 2 grand dogs.
Melaine Hertzog – dental assistant/sterilization
My name is Melaine though most greet me by Mel. I have 44 years of dental office experience and am proud to have been part of this three generation dental practice for 34 years. I graduated from Brandywine High School, Berks Vocational Technical School – Dental Assisting program and Harcum Community College as an EFDA. I have lived in the Fleetwood/Oley area for 37 years. I am blessed with a beautiful family, lovely friendships and strength that keeps me energized! In my spare time I enjoy gardening, walking, knitting and long weekends to Marco Island, FL. A fun fact of mine is I enjoy playing and watching golf on Sunday afternoons, as well as watching the Indy 500 race.
Rachel Price – EFDA
My name is Rachel and I graduated from BTI in 2014. I worked as a dental assistant for 2 years before pursuing my Expanded Functions Dental Assisting I enjoy problem solving with puzzles, riddles and mysteries. Ironically, I have a huge sweet tooth! Fun fact about me is that I have been a long time fur mom. I have a basset hound and a cat who thinks he’s a dog. And aside from my fur babies I welcomed a new baby girl into the mix as well. I also love seeing movies in theaters!
Trisha Longenecker – dental assistant
My name is Trisha and I graduated dental assisting school at Academy of Medical Arts & Business in 1983. I have been working with Drs. Roland & Wetmore and now R & W Dental Associates for 33 years. I find watching my favorite football team, the Eagles relaxing. I served in Youth Ministry with my husband for 18 years and then 18 years as a pastor’s wife. My husband and I started a church 6 years ago called “The Bridge of Hope” where I sing and lead worship. We have one daughter who recently was married! I love going out for dinner & spending time with my family. I also enjoy photography, writing songs and drawing.
Lori East – Clinical Director/EFDA
My name is Lori and I have been in dentistry for 32 years, 16 years as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. I have one son who went to Wilson. He lives in the area with his wife and 2 children. I love Wildwood NJ, the 4th of July and Jesus. As the Clinical Director of our office, I am here for the patients if they want to share any wins or concerns.

Carol Neiman – Scheduling Coordinator
My name is Carol and I have 50 years of dental experience all with Drs. Roland & Wetmore and now R&W Dental Associates! I started with Dr. John Roland on 8th Street in Reading. I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. I sing in the choir at church and love to travel. I also love the beach and reading (especially at the beach)!
Ellie Keeney – Insurance/Billing Coordinator
My name is Ellie and I have an Associates degree in Health Information Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. I’ve been in dentistry since 2014. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog. Fun fact is that I really enjoy true crime podcasts and documentaries.
Sherry Beissel – Practice Administrator
My name is Sherry and I graduated from Holy Name High School and Central Penn College. I have been in dentistry since 1989. Prior to dentistry I worked for an orthopedic surgery group and pulmonary medicine group. I have 2 children, 2 step children, and 3 granddaughters. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, working in the garden, swimming and reading. My fun fact is that I am a huge sci-fi geek – I love Doctor Who!
Yanira Bryant – treatment coordinator
My name is Yanira though most know me by Jana. I graduated from Upper Perkiomen High School and Montgomery County Community College. I have a total of 25+ years in the dental field both chairside and at the front desk. I am bilingual and have been happily married for 9 years. I enjoy being with my family most and supporting my 4 boys in all of their sports. I also love to travel, the beach, and my Philadelphia Eagles!

Crystal Reifsnyder – hygienist
My name is Crystal and I graduated from Boyertown School District and Northamptom Community College. I have been a dental hygienist for 18 years. I am married with 3 children that are very active in sports – softball and ice hockey. I love to read and am originally from Warren, PA.
Kode Lecates – hygienist
My name is Kodi and I graduated from Northampton Community College in Dental Hygiene. I have been practicing hygiene for 5 years. I love to read and crochet. I also love rooting for the Phillies and have been going to home games since I was 10 years old.
Becky Gallo - Hygienist
My name is Rebecca though most know me by Becky. I graduated from Northampton in 1994 and started with Drs. Roland and Wetmore after graduation. I have been married to my husband, Chris for 24 years. We have 2 children. Our son, Mitchell is in college at Mount Saint Mary’s and our daughter, Emily, is a senior at Wilson HS. Our family has been active in many different sports for many generations both in Berks County and in college. Mitchell currently plays golf for The Mount and Emily cheers and does high jump for Wilson HS. I love spending time with my family and friends, and love spending time at the beach.
Rebecca Recalo – hygienist
My name is Rebecca and I graduated from Harcum College in 2021 with 2 ½ years of dental training including local anesthesia. Though this is my first year in dentistry, dental hygienists run in my So I have been exposed to the dental world at a young age. A fun fact about me is I grew up speaking Romanian. In my spare time I love to play volleyball, piano and walk my dog.
